Introduction to Cross-Stitch
Learn the basics of counted cross-stitch while completing a small project. Whether you are new to needlework or have been a self- taught stitcher from way back - this class offers several tidbits to make your stitching more enjoyable. Fee: $20

"Perfect Mount" Framing Workshop
This no-fail method of framing will have your pieces looking professionally mounted. Your cross-stitch piece should be a size to be mounted no larger than 8" x 10". Fee: $15

Introduction to Surface Embroidery
We will explore several embroidery stitches, including stem stitch, french knot, lazy daisy, and more.  We will be using iron-on transfers from the "200+ Fun & Funky Embroidery Designs" which is included in the fee.   The student should bring a light color or white pre-washed pillowcase.  Fee $20

Beading: Awareness Ribbon
This class features the Peyote beading technique. The design is "stitched" with needle, thread, and beads. The chart is a counted design. You may pick your own ribbon color (at least 10 days before the class begins), such as pink for breast cancer awareness or yellow for the troops. All supplies are included. Fee:$15

Stitching "Over 2 Threads"
This technique is not just for linen anymore.  There are hundreds of fabric choices in various colors and counts.  We will be stitching on 28count linen banding, which we will finish as a bookmark.  A wonderful "Stitching on Linen" book is included.   Fee: $20 Monday, June 23 6-8  or  Tuesday, July 1   10-12  or 6-8

SATURDAY STITCHING
Every Saturday from 12 noon to 5 pm, we have "open stitching". Anyone may attend, come for just an hour or for the whole time. There is no need to call ahead.. .just drop in.
Use this time to finish a class piece, get help with stitching "problems," or just stitching with friends who are fellow enthusiasts.

SIT AND STITCH
Join us to sit and stitch, munch and chat, and show and tell.
$7.00 covers munchies and door prizes.
Please call at least 2 days ahead to reserve a spot.
If it's your birthday month you may attend for free.
Daytime: 10 am - 1 pm or Evening: 6 pm - 9 pm

Stitching Summer School  Wednesdays June 18 thru August 6  10-12  or   6-8

June 18 Candlewrap on vinylweave.  Lambs and flowers design stitched on vinylweave with buttons added.  Cutout to go around a jar with a candle in it.  $10

July 2  Sliding cover tin box.  Stitch a simple design, including beads, to be attached to the top of the sliding top tin box. $5

July 16 Magnet with metallic threads.  Starry starry night design finished as a magnet. $5

July 30  Tabletopper  Stitched on 20count fabric with your choice of thread color.  $10

Each Wednesday between classes will be finishing workshop at same times, the fee is $2.
